Understanding relationship patterns with more clarity
Attachment therapy focuses on the emotional and relational patterns that shape how you connect with yourself and with other people. Many people notice the same fear, conflict, distance, or self-doubt showing up repeatedly without fully understanding why.
This work can help make sense of those patterns with care rather than judgment. Therapy is paced relationally, with attention to emotional safety, readiness, and what happens underneath the strategies that may once have helped you cope.
Attachment therapy may be helpful if you:
- feel anxious, overwhelmed, or shut down in close relationships
- notice recurring cycles of conflict, withdrawal, or people-pleasing
- struggle with trust, vulnerability, or emotional closeness
- want to understand relational trauma and its impact on the present
- feel disconnected from your own needs, boundaries, or sense of self
Sessions are available in person in Toronto and virtually across Ontario.
