Individual therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand the emotional and relational patterns shaping your life. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why certain experiences keep repeating.
Our approach is relational, attachment‑informed, and trauma‑aware, with attention to how coping strategies and emotional responses develop in context. Therapy is paced collaboratively, allowing insight and change to unfold over time rather than being rushed.
Individual therapy may be helpful if you’re:
- Struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected
- Noticing recurring relationship patterns or attachment‑related concerns
- Navigating substance use or questioning your relationship with substances
- Carrying the impact of past experiences or relational trauma
- Feeling unsure of what you need but knowing something isn’t working
- Wanting a space to be honest without pressure to “fix” yourself
Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario.
